Q: What has one drain, three taps and spans two rooms.

                                               A: This sink....

A single precast basin sink
allows this space to operate as both a bathroom
and a powder room with all the anemitites.

Maybe its the east coast weather, but we've been thinking a lot about fireplaces lately.
Trowel applied concrete allows us to customize to your coziest specs.

done + done... bishop baby

We wanted to take a break from snark and concrete* to welcome baby Ava to the world.
Jame (below) proves we can hold something other than trowels.

* Snark and Concrete is totally our new band name

done + done... lola's cafe

Nestled under the Walkway Bridge, Lola's Cafe is one our favorite spots.
The new concrete lunch counter was installed this morning and we can't wait to try it out.
We're getting the peanut noodles or the burger or maybe one of the daily specials
(decisions decisions...)

Who are we kidding? We're having DESSERT!

Somewhere between Woody Allen's sleeper house and
Robert Denning's interiors is where most of us (quite literally) reside.

Since all our concrete is made to order the details are always your details

howling wolf

NO, not THE "Howlin' Wolf" and not "The Wolf" ...

VICENTE WOLF!

Sure we admire his astonishingly chic interiors

Sure he's a pleasure to work with.

Concrete floor with stone inlay - 15 Union Square West, NYC

What we L-O-V-E is his mastery of self promotion
(with features in both Rue and Lonny Mag)

When most people hear "garden accents" they think of these.
Fortunately, Steven Sills was more inspired when he designed these...

The precast concrete obelisks dot this Bedford NY residence
offering a subtle pop of color and leading the eye through the
tiered landscape.

Additionally, in an inspired move the obelisk shape is repeated in the interior!

in the works... Paul Siskin

It's always a treat to work with designers on their houses.

We jumped at the opportunity to work with Paul Siskin again -
especially on his home "Brokeback Manor" in Hudson, New York.

The existing concrete floor was in bad shape (as
chronicled on his blog for ID mag)

The new diamond polished floor is pretty pretty if we may say so ourselves!
